Bio Green vs Latex / PU
Bio Green is an innovative product designed with a fusion technology that does not require any coating.
This technology enables for fast and even drainage throughout the entire backing, unlike Latex or PU-backed systems which only allow slow drainage through drainage holes. Additionally, the high water permeability of Bio Green prevents the migration of infills, whereas the low water permeability of Latex and PU-backed systems causes the natural infills to float.
The tufts are strongly fused to the backing, resulting in a concept known as tuftlock which ensures surface performance and durability under intensive use. As synthetic pitches are being constantly replaced, the disposal of carpets and infill materials has become a major issue. Bio Green has managed to solve this problem with the Eco Drain system.
